Shipping Policy

To ensure that essential oils, fragrances, and cosmetic ingredients are always preserved in the best condition and safely transported to customers, Gilifragrances applies the specific shipping policy below:

1. Scope and Shipping Partners

We pack and deliver to all provinces and cities across Vietnam through reputable professional delivery services such as Giao Hang Tiet Kiem (GHTK), Viettel Post, Nhat Tin Logistics, or instant delivery within the city (Grab/Ahamove).

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area: Quick delivery within 24h – 48h working hours from order confirmation. For instant delivery, within 2h – 4h.
• Other provinces and regions: Delivery time ranges from 2 – 5 working days depending on the geographical distance and the shipping route of our delivery partners.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight of the order and the current tariff of the delivery partner.
• Promotional Policy: Gilifragrances offers free nationwide shipping (Freeship) for retail orders valued at 600,000 VND or more, or for dealer/wholesale bulk orders as agreed in the contract.

4. Specialized Packaging and Co-inspection

Since most of our products are liquids in fragile glass bottles, Gilifragrances always strictly follows packaging standards:

• Wrap bubble wrap in 2-3 thick layers around each product bottle.
• Use rigid cardboard boxes, lined with packing paper or molded foam to absorb shocks during transportation.
• Attach warning labels “Fragile” and “Contains Liquid” on the outside of the box for couriers’ attention.
• Co-inspection Regulation: Customers have the right to request co-inspection (open the package to visually check the quantity and integrity of the bottles) before signing and paying the courier (COD).
